Appointment Cancellations – If a booked session (either in-person or online) is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, Luminous Soul Life reserves the right to charge for the appointment in full. If the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment, a 100% refund will be issued.
