For me, low tox living has been a gradual shift rather than an overnight overhaul. I’m not perfect and I’m still swapping things out as I go, which feels much more sustainable. Want to get started with some low tox swaps? I use a mix of Young Living and Vital.ly products in my home.

Young Living
I’d heard about Young Living oils for a while before I finally tried a starter kit and fell in love with them. I use their essential oils every day to support my health, calm my nervous system, shift my energy and support the wellbeing of myself and my family. I also use them as my perfume, clean my house with their Thieves Household Cleaner, and make myself a daily antioxidant rich drink with their NingXia Red.
Thieves Household Cleaner
I love Thieves Household Cleaner because it’s a plant-based cleaner made with essential oils, smells AMAZING and actually works. It removes dirt and germs without any harsh chemicals that stress the body and nervous system. Plus the one cleaner can be used for EVERYTHING - bathrooms, kitchens, floors, toilets etc.

NingXia Red is a delicious drink made with nutrient-rich berries and has 20 times the antioxidants of blueberries alone!! It helps support my immune system, detoxify my body and nourish every cell from the inside out so I can feel grounded, clear and vibrant even on the busiest days. I mix 60ml with soda water and a squeeze of lemon.
