This is not talk therapy. It’s a body-based approach that works directly with your nervous system and energy to identify stress patterns and gently release what your body has been holding, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
What is Kinesiology
Kinesiology works with the nervous system through gentle muscle testing to access the stress your body has been holding, including emotional patterns, subconscious beliefs, and stored responses. Rather than analysing or forcing change, it listens to the body and identifies the frequencies and support your system needs to release what’s been held and restore balance.
In sessions, we identify priority stressors and use targeted techniques, including emotional clearing, nervous system support, and energetic balancing, often incorporating supportive remedies such as essential oils, sound, and colour where needed, to help your system shift out of survival mode and into greater ease. Many clients experience this as a faster, more embodied way to create change, without needing to relive or over-explain their experiences.

What a Session Feels Like
Sessions are calm, grounded, and deeply supportive. We begin with a brief conversation about what you want help with, then, while you lie fully clothed on a massage table, we work directly with your body and nervous system using gentle muscle testing of the forearm, hands-on techniques, and energetic support tailored to what your system needs. You don’t need to push for insights or relive the past. Your body sets the pace, and we work with what it’s ready to shift.

In-Person vs Online Sessions
In-Person Sessions (Mount Martha)
Ideal if you live nearby Mount Martha or on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and prefer face-to-face support in a calm, grounding environment. In-person sessions allow for hands-on techniques and can feel more immersive for those who enjoy physical presence and deeper energetic support.
Online Sessions (Google Meet)
Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet and are just as effective as in-person work. Energy work is not limited by distance. Your nervous system and subconscious can still be accessed remotely, and I use muscle testing on your behalf to guide the session. Because energy is not bound by time or space, your system can still shift, release, and respond even when we are not physically together. Many clients are surprised by how powerful online sessions feel. The work translates seamlessly across time and space, making this a great option if you live outside the area or prefer remote support.
Remote Sessions
A 45 minute remote kinesiology session offers nervous system and energetic support without needing to attend a live appointment. This can be a more affordable entry point, a supportive top up between sessions, or an ideal option if you simply prefer not to meet in real time. Using muscle testing and nervous system based kinesiology, I work with your body’s responses remotely to identify and clear stress patterns. You will receive an email before the session to share what you would like support with, and afterwards you will receive a written summary outlining the themes addressed and the corrections completed. Suitable for adults or children.
