Book a 1on1 Session

If you feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, stuck in negative patterns or disconnected from yourself, a 1:1 kinesiology session helps your nervous system settle, reset and return to a calmer, clearer state.

This is not talk therapy. It is a body-based approach that works directly with your nervous system to identify stress patterns and gently release what your system is ready to let go of.

What is Kinesiology

Kinesiology works with the nervous system through gentle muscle testing to access the body’s stored stress responses, subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns. Rather than analysing or forcing change, kinesiology listens to the body’s signals to uncover what is contributing to stress, overwhelm, anxiety or feeling stuck.

In sessions, we identify priority stressors and use targeted techniques such as emotional clearing, nervous system regulation, somatic support and energetic balancing to help your system shift out of survival mode and into greater ease. Many clients describe it as a faster, more embodied way to create change, without needing to relive or over-explain their experiences.

What You Can Work On In a Session

You can bring anything that feels heavy, stressful or unresolved, including:

Sessions are calm, grounded and supportive. We begin with a brief conversation about what you want help with, then work directly with your nervous system using gentle muscle testing and tailored techniques.

You do not need to push, force insights or emotionally relive the past. Your system sets the pace.

In-Person vs Online Sessions

In-Person Sessions (Mount Martha)

Ideal if you live nearby Mount Martha or on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and prefer face-to-face support in a calm, grounding environment. In-person sessions allow for hands-on techniques and can feel more immersive for those who enjoy physical presence and deeper energetic support.

Online Sessions (Google Meet)

Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet and are just as effective as in-person work. Energy work is not limited by distance. Your nervous system and subconscious can still be accessed remotely, and I use muscle testing on your behalf to guide the session. Many clients are surprised by how powerful online sessions feel. The work translates seamlessly across time and space, making this a great option if you live outside the area,  or prefer remote support.

Remote Sessions

A 45 minute remote kinesiology session offers nervous system and energetic support without needing to attend a live appointment. This can be a more affordable entry point, a supportive top up between sessions, or an ideal option if you simply prefer not to meet in real time. Using muscle testing and nervous system based kinesiology, I work with your body’s responses remotely to identify and clear stress patterns. You will receive an email before the session to share what you would like support with, and afterwards you will receive a written summary outlining the themes addressed and the corrections completed. Suitable for adults or children.

Who This Work is For

This work is for women who feel stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, stuck or disconnected from themselves and want to feel calmer, clearer and more in control of how they respond to life.

It supports women who feel mentally overloaded, emotionally drained or caught in patterns they cannot seem to shift through mindset alone.

It is especially helpful for women and mothers who give a lot of themselves to others and end up feeling depleted, resentful or burnt out. If you often feel responsible for other people’s emotions, struggle to hold boundaries without guilt or absorb the moods, stress or energy of those around you, this work helps you come back into your own centre.

Sessions support you to regulate your nervous system, strengthen emotional boundaries, reduce reactivity and feel more grounded in your own energy rather than carrying everyone else’s. You do not need to be at breaking point. This work can support stress relief, emotional healing, personal growth and greater self trust.
